There’s never a good reason to be in a CVS after 2 a.m.

Without describing the reasons, I’ll tell you that I’ve gone for Afrin nose spray, Benadryl, and ex lax.

Last night was a Benadryl night.

I laid down at 11 hoping to get a good night’s sleep. The last two nights had been rough because I have a sunburn on my shoulders, forcing me to sleep on my back like a vampire in a coffin.

But at 11:30, I felt like there were ants with needle shoes walking under my skin. Have you had an itch that stabbed you out of nowhere that felt like a personal attack? This was that but it was under my skin and causing my legs to spasm.

It was hell’s itch. And yes, it’s real.
